Adult/Individual Therapy

You are welcome here.

Struggling with things like anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, or PTSD symptoms? Sometimes it can feel like you are alone in this. You are not alone. These stressors impact many of us at different points in our lives, and it is never too late to address them.

How We Can Help

Regardless of where you are in your therapeutic journey, our therapists understand the importance of meeting you where you are comfortable with beginning, and creating a safe place for you to grow and heal. As our client, you will always have a voice throughout the therapeutic process and we value what you have to say. Our approach involves getting to know you and the context of your concerns through a holistic and individual-specific intake method. Our method allows us to understand the different aspects that make up your life, and directs us towards a mutually agreed upon goal. From there we will be able to offer tailored tools and strategies to get you on the path towards meaningful change. Our expertise in these areas, as well as genuine care for our clients are guiding forces in our work with you.
